Reiki I Class Saturday, January 21, 2012 9:30am to 4:30pm $150

Reiki is a wonderful way to care for yourself, your family and your friends. These classes are fun and will empower you to continue to follow your path.
LUNCH: Bring a bag lunch. We do have a small fridge and a microwave.
ATTIRE: Comfy clothes in layers because the room can be chilly but during the Reiki Sessions you warm up.
Class time is divided between learning the appropriate material and hands-on practice. A manual is included for each student.
The Reiki I class includes:
Practical instruction (including history, the Five Reiki Principles, hand positions for giving Reiki to others and oneself and additional topics);
A workbook/manual;
Reiki Practice sessions;
A Reiki attunement and a
Reiki I Certificate of Completion.
